Have you already done some inner work but feel like something’s still holding you back?
This 1:1 deep dive session is a space for you to pause, reflect, and receive targeted support—whether you're processing something specific, feeling stuck, or simply needing clarity and grounded guidance.

Using a blend of coaching techniques, vagus nerve tools to calm the body, and subconscious methods to help reframe internal blocks, we’ll work together to untangle what's beneath the surface. This is a space to be seen, heard, and supported without judgment.

This is a focused, personalised session where we explore one key area that’s currently feeling heavy, confusing, or unresolved. You can expect:

★ Gentle but powerful questioning to uncover what's really going on
★ Vagus nerve-based tools to soothe and regulate your nervous system
★ Subconscious techniques to shift limiting beliefs or patterns
★ Interactive reflection and reframing exercises
★ A supportive space to be truly heard and guided
You’ll leave with greater clarity, emotional regulation, and clear next steps.
