I once lived in the South East of England, constantly stressed and relying on weekends to escape the chaos.

Panic attacks, emotional eating, and feeling trapped in a cycle were my reality. Although I hid it behind a smile, I knew the life I was living wasn't who I truly was or what I wanted.

Since I was young, I felt destined to live in Cornwall. In 2016, I followed my heart, quitting my job, selling my flat, and moving 300 miles away to pursue my dream.

I hoped that moving to Cornwall would bring peace and the life I imagined—meeting Mr. Right, buying a home, getting married on the beach, and starting a family. While Cornwall’s laid-back atmosphere helped ease stress, my old habits and self-sabotaging behaviours followed me, leaving me feeling stuck again.

At the time, I didn’t understand why I acted the way I did, feeling broken and beyond help, I had a choice: accept my life as it was or fight for the one I wanted.

I chose to fight and began my healing journey, seeking support and gradually finding brighter days.

Though challenges still arise, because life will always be life, I now have the tools to navigate them. A quote I read "one day your story will be someone else’s survival guide" reminded me of my purpose: to help others overcome what holds them back.

Once ready, I began studying in my free time, so I could then support others in releasing stress, anxiety, subconscious blocks and overwhelm, in order to live a balanced and aligned life.

My Story

Healing the Mind, Body & Soul for a Balanced, Aligned Life

Taking care of our wellbeing is essential for living a happy and aligned life, but sometimes achieving this can be challenging due to past life experiences.

From birth to age 7, our experiences shape the way we view the world. These early life lessons create programs in our minds, forming the belief systems we carry into adulthood. However, the coping mechanisms that once kept us safe or served us as children often no longer align with who we are as adults.

As we grow, these old beliefs can lead to limiting thoughts, self-sabotage, and an inability to live authentically or prioritise our wellbeing. This can result in feelings of overwhelm, anxiety, and stress. I’ve personally experienced this, having hit rock bottom where I believed happiness wasn’t meant for me. Yet, here I am today, with balance in my life, loving the person I’ve become, and appreciating the life I now lead.

It is now widely acknowledged that our bodies hold onto memories of traumatic or stressful experiences, which can affect both our physical and mental health, stress response, and overall wellbeing. This is why true healing involves addressing both the mind and body to thrive.

Life will always have its ups and downs, and there are things we cannot control. In my work with clients, I focus on mindset and teach tools and techniques to help navigate life’s challenges with resilience.

If you're ready to make lasting change, I offer a safe, non-judgmental space to explore and address the root causes of stress, anxiety, and self-sabotage, helping you move toward joy, peace, and a life that’s truly aligned with your desires.
